时间值：

广播型链路DIS选举出来后，3s发一次hello。

命令：

isis timer hello 3 level-2             //设置级别2的hello每隔3s发送一次，点到点链路无需加级别

isis timer hold-multipter 4  level-2  //设置holdtimer时间是hello时间的几倍

注意：

1、ISIS的邻居关系建立hello和hold时间不一致，不影响邻居关系的建立；

2、hold timer时间默认是hello时间的三倍，hello默认每隔10s发一次，是告知邻居本端失效时间；
